Sometimes, for unforeseen reasons, there may be a requirement to cancel the order which has been placed. We have a provision for the same. Orders can be cancelled prior to the generation of the tracking number. Subsequently, due to administrative reasons, it may not be possible to process a cancellation request. You still have the option of refusing to accept the delivery before opening the package, once the order is delivered to you. The amount due to you will be refunded less the handling charges.
At Skill Acumen Inc., we try our very best to ensure that you receive the highest quality product. However, sometimes things happen outside of our control, such as a shipping and/or delivery issues. But, in case you do come across an item which is broken, you are requested to take a picture or a video clip of the broken item and email us within 24 hours of the receipt at skillacumeninc@gmail.com. We will immediately have the item footage analyzed by our team of experts and if the fault is established at our end or due to negligence in transshipment, a replacement, free of cost, will be dispatched to you within 7 working days. However, no free replacement may be possible if the items are found to be used incorrectly.
